Should maintain repo build with client to close the lead.

To do entry in CRM and maintain other records.

Organizing and participating actively on & off campus Events & functions.

Ensuring proper handling of all queries and walk-ins by effective counseling.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer services.

Update daily /weekly/monthly report and send it to Branch Sales Manager/Branch Head.

Overall responsibility for the sales growth of the Branch.

Follow new changes and Methods for counseling and follow up to grow the business of the assigned Branch.

Calling for new lead generation and calling for follow ups after counseling.

Supporting the sales team for Seminar and Workshop.

Train Tele caller how to take calls, identify quality leads and convenience targeted audiences to visit Branch.

Take a report from a Tele caller everyday and make sure no any missed activities in CRM.
