We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team at AASTHA FINTECH PVT. LTD., a leading Wealth Management and Financial Consulting company in Surat, Gujarat. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing personalized wealth management and risk management solutions. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Fresher with less than 1 year of experience

Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to develop and execute business strategies

Proactive attitude and strong business development skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients

Understand clients' financial goals and objectives

Provide personalized wealth management and risk management solutions

Develop and implement strategies to grow client portfolio

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling

Stay updated with market trends and industry developments

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Prepare reports and presentations for clients

Handle client queries and resolve any issues promptly
