By fostering positive employee relations and providing support throughout the employee lifecycle, you will contribute to overall success.
Responsibilities
Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits
Adhere to regulatory standards
Represent the company at job fairs and college campuses
Oversee employee orientation and training
Conducting/ organizing in-house events for employee motivation as and when required.
Requirements And Skills
Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role
Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving ability
