Roles and Responsibilities:

Receive requests from third-party agencies to audit and verify the account details of their customers like mortgage companies want to verify their deposits.

Agencies reach out to them for Medical & housing assistance.

This is kind of an Audit job for business & corporate customers.

They will research the system for the requested details and then share the requested details through the system.
