Perlane Sales, Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who wants to start an exciting career with an up-and-coming business in the fastener industry.

Responsibilities and Tasks Include:
Manage individual sales activities by developing highly effective, communications with focused relationships through multiple sales channels.
Field incoming calls
Log calls/details into CRM
Create quotes, send, and follow up on within the ERP system
Conduct effective outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Maximize sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing and follow-up to email requests.
Support outside sales staff, for quoting, follow-up, and setting up new appointments
Capture and record customer information and sales activity data into CRM for successful pipeline and sales forecasting management.
Operate as an inside sales consultant, primarily in areas of customer relations, sales/service support, coordinating distribution, and transportation scheduling
Maintain a working knowledge of the company's current and new products
Work with basic math daily.
Team player focused on propelling the organization forward.
Use ERP or create reports for review by management to determine ROI.
This position could lead to outside sales
Qualifications
Experience working within an industrial distribution fastener industry is preferred but not required
Previous experience in customer service, account management, inside sales, or product support position, is preferred but not required
The ability to learn technical product information, transfer knowledge to customers, and work closely with and support outside sales is essential
Experience in Sage 100 is a plus
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products
Direct telephone selling experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail
Mechanical aptitude
Previous digital marketing experience is a plus
