Job Description and Responsibilities

Door to Door lead generation with team

Manage pipeline of leads and ask for referrals

Set proper expectations for potential customers

Weekly sales and motivational meetings

Gain education to become a solid Solar Sales Closer, Mentor to Others, and Manager

Qualifications and Skills

A drive to work hard and a burning desire to succeed

Honest, Ethical, and Trustworthy

Ability to be taught and enjoy talking to people

Team player and great attitude (Absolutely NO Negativity)
