You will be reporting directly to the Commercial Head of Philippines.

Your role will include:

Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines

Assume lead role for all Givaudan activities for designated accounts

Cultivate customer relationships with important decision-makers, positioning Givaudan as preferred supplier

Implement strategic ADPs, sales forecasts, and budget for main accounts, with clear Goals

Manage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans

Defend base business in important markets and with important customers

Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates

Your professional profile includes:

University degree in any subject

At least five years working in account management in the food industry

Understanding of customers and competition including customer strategy, programs, priorities, launch processes, and how to position Givaudan offerings in the market

Understands profitability goals for important accounts

Demonstrated experience identifying unmet customer needs, generating new business and building relationships with important decision makers
