Commercial Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000

The Property & Casualty Commercial Lines Inside Sales Executive will work directly with the Commercial Lines team, agency clients, and insurance carrier underwriters to assist with the growth and retention of commercial clients.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually plus commissions. Bonuses available up to 12% of base salary.

What you will be doing:

• This individual will be responsible for providing dedicated customer support through a consultative approach to achieve both the agency and customer needs.

• Manage customer new business quote requests

• Seek opportunities to round out existing accounts to fill any voids in the customers insurance portfolio

• Maintain product knowledge to provide a high level of service for a variety of clients

• Utilize EZLynx management system & Agency Zoom as the primary sources of maintaining client information and policy management for existing and new business policy servicing

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• P&C License required

• Preferred to have a minimum three to five years' experience within the Commercial Lines division of an Independent Agency or Insurance Carrier

• Proficient with Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams

• EZLynx Management System experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
