Project Overview

This is a 12-month project/assignment working a Hybrid Schedule (3 days on site) in White Plains, NY paying $44/hr

Client is looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced Change Management Specialist. This contract role will be part of Change Management team and play an important part supporting change related to Shared Services projects. This role will collaborate with the Change Management Lead and be responsible to develop and sustain change initiatives to support a successful transformation. Candidate will need to be strategic-thinking and have a problem-solving mindset, along with the ability to establish connections and build trust by fostering relationships.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Engage business stakeholders across shared service areas to understand and ensure process and procedure alignment.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, working sessions to document and develop relevant stakeholder communications.

• Coordinate and update or develop relevant procedure and guidance documents e.g., process flows, roles and responsibilities, success metrics and related reference documents.

• Assess training needs, develop training strategies, and assist in training development, design.

• Manage timelines and interdependences across multiple projects e.g., report progress, interdependencies, and flag related issues and risks.

• Communicate frequently and build relationships with employees across all functions & levels.

• Provide other change support as needed.

Skills

• Experienced in managing multiple workstreams or projects.

• Ability to partner with senior leadership and senior stakeholders to understand and document needs and requirements.

• Quickly grasp new business processes, and how they connect to policy, process and compliance.

• Experienced in creating high level Business Process flows and documenting business procedures.

• Excellent communication and training skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; as well as SharePoint and Teams.

Education & Certifications

• Degree in Business, Organizational Psychology/Leadership, Project Management, Communications or similar; graduate work a plus.
