Provides clinical behavioral therapy services to adolescent and adult clients, and families. Counsels and provides crisis intervention for clients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems. Coach clients on how to manage ongoing health conditions and provides therapy to help clients make positive behavior changes. This person will work as a member of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team and be familiar with other services and resources within our Agency and in the community.
Work Experience and Education
Work Experience: Clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
Education: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or other relevant human service profession. LCSW, LMHC, or PhD preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Maintain credentials and licensure with all major insurance companies and licensing boards with the assistance of Harmonia credentialing staff.
Working Conditions/Environment
This position requires both working in an office setting in a behavioral health clinic and working in a home-based office, providing in-person and telehealth counseling services. Office environments are expected to be clean, organized, and professional. Some evening hours are expected, no weekends. Travel in the community for meetings and collaboration as needed.
