DASMEN Residential is seeking to hire a Part Time Painter.

SUMMARY : The painter is a professional who helps prepare surfaces, mix paints for different needs, and apply them with brushes or rollers to fill in cracks or apply color on walls and other objects around a home, such as furniture pieces or doors. ESSENTIAL

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DAILY:

Prepares, cleans, and tapes all job sites.

Apply various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures including primers or sealers.

Remove old paint coating, if necessary.

Mixing colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency

Assists in ordering supplies for the property.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

OTHER SKILLS

Must have good communication skills with the general public.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Must be able to lift and work heavy equipment.

Scheduling: The employee is subject to schedule changes and/or overtime as required by the job and his/her supervisor. This may include working weekends, working after the course of normal business hours and at other times as required by the job. The employee is subject to these schedule changes on as little notice as 24 hours.
