Salary: $50k to $70k per year

Job Title: Executive Administrator

SUMMARY

The Executive Administrator (EA) reports to the President, and is responsible for assisting the President

and the Couts Leadership Team (CLT) with executing the company Vision. The role requires intimate

knowledge of and expertise in TRACTION EOS. With access to sensitive employee and company data, this

role requires the highest level of integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the President’s schedule and email.

Assists President & VP Finance in Quarterly Board Meeting preparations and follow up.

Assists CLT in documenting SOP/Couts Way periodic updates (MS Word/MS Visio, respectively).

Assists CLT in updating regular reports (KPIs, Actual-vs-Plan, WIP/AR/AP, etc.).

Assists CLT with preparation, facilitation, and documentation of the weekly CLT meeting, and

periodic external meetings (client, vendor, subcontractor, etc).

Prepares, facilitates, and documents Quarterly strategy meetings for CLT and Departments,

ensuring all follow-up is documented in EOS Rocks/Issues logs (CLT and Departmental).

Assists CLT in execution of Annual Strategic Planning (coordinating with host facility, meals,

supplies needed, etc).

Coordinates with HR to ensure all employee documents are current (Qtrly Appraisals, etc).

Administers the quarterly EOS business health checkup internally.

Assists with additional administrative tasks as directed by the President.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

5 Years Executive Administration experience preferred.

3 Years experience as a facilitator of strategic planning meetings preferred.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Ability to use analytical skills to make critical decisions and solve problems.

Expertise with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, MS Visio, and GoogleSheets.
