Liberty Centre Services is seeking a fulltime Case Manager for our community support program. This is a professional position working directly with adults who are living with a mental illness and/or substance use diagnosis. Case Managers offer hope, skill development and support to assist individuals to improve their independence and success while living in the community. We help navigate housing, employment, access community resources, medication compliance, transportation, improve self-care, symptom management, budgeting, attend appointments, utilize coping skills, safety planning, and relapse prevention. All services are provided side by side in the community. Competitive wage and full benefits.

Education/Experience Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, sociology or a related human service field is preferred but 2 years of coursework in a human services field with 2 years of experience/training will be considered.

A valid Nebraska driver license and a good/insurable driving record are required.
