Our growing company is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Customer Service Rep to provide superior coordination of the front desk duties utilizing superior customer service, computer skills, and professionalism. They will be the first point of contact for clients so a good first impression is a must, as well as a positive attitude. Set schedule - no nights or weekends. Location is near Houston Galleria.Compensation:
$14 hourly + bonusResponsibilities:
Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries
Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers
Answer phones, schedule conference rooms
Hours M-F 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Process customer payments
Set the tone for the culture of the office
Qualifications:
Excellent proactive customer service
Interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
Concerned with doing things the right way the first time
Positive attitude and outlook
Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
