Overview:

ESO Consultants is seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage and execute all aspects of technology projects in various specialties, including systems/business analysis, development and implementation of applications in a networked PC environment, PC/LAN support, or technical writing. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in a related discipline, eight years of experience in the appropriate specialties, and a minimum of two years' experience as a project manager (PMP certification is desirable).

Experience in technical issues, planning, scheduling, implementation, and evaluation is crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with the user community and technical staff, are essential for this role.

Qualifications, Experience, and Education:

- Preferred certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt & Black Belt from an accredited institution or training company (Black Belt preferred).

- Years of experience in Business Process Modelling (& management) with MS Visio is required.

- Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint version 2010 or higher.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2010 or higher.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment.

- Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, a self-starter.

- Familiarity with creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and documenting key process requirements.

- General Knowledge of public mass transit assets & operations.

- Expert Knowledge of lean methods, waste elimination, 5S, total productive maintenance, flow, and error-proofing.

- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and value stream mapping.

- Led Kaizen or CI events and or improvement teams and implemented lean manufacturing techniques.

- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and foster teamwork.

- Strong ability to exercise a reasonable level or in-depth judgment and decision making.

- Excellent organizational & planning skills with attention to detail.

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be able to prepare concise and insightful reports in a timely manner.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels in the company & outside agencies.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Work, EXCEL, Visio, Access, etc.).

- Proficient in MS VISIO for process mapping.
