Transport Officer

The transport in charge is responsible of the entire group's vehicles and ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Role & Responsibilities

The transport in charge is expected to tackle all challenges that arise in the transport department.

Supervising and monitoring vehicle maintenance on a daily basis.

ensuring that the transportation team knows its responsibilities and position within the organization.

Ensuring thorough vehicle maintenance inspection while planning repairs and routine maintenance.

Appointment of drivers and monitoring driver qualifications, experience, and training

In charge of day-to-day operations such as route planning, resource allocation and management, and driver monitoring.

Responsible for maintaining Daily Logbooks, Diesel Consumption report, complete records (Insurance, Road Tax, Pollution Certificate, Green Tax and Permit, etc.,), and maintenance reports that have occurred on each bus.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of experience as a transport in charge in a related business/ institution's is required.

Available to work around the clock

A current awareness of government safety rules (Transportation)

Experience in RTO-related work

Salary is not constraint for the right candidates.

Preference will be given for the immediate joiners.
