Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at ADDCOMS Hr Consultants. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our agency and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. This is a full-time position based in Muvattupuzha, Kerala, India, and we are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in a junior managerial role.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of ADDCOMS Hr Consultants and ensure efficient service delivery

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and employers
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify job opportunities and match suitable candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessment of potential candidates
- Review and update job descriptions to align with client requirements

- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
