Should have around 2+ years of experience in a dynamic and high growth startup-like environment managing marketing, email, social media, digital advertising, and/or growth campaigns

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Should be comfortable with handling data and reports with the right tools

Structured problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn, experiment and grow. Good communication skills

Should be able to independently form a hypothesis about the market, and validate the same through data

Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.

Ability to take initiatives and address something hands-on

What will you do

Develop deep understanding about the offering and market for technology learning product

You will be responsible for identifying and scaling new ways to acquire customers for various offerings (optimizing for cost of acquisition)

Define, understand & identify key success metrics and strategies for all re-activation programs

Ensure steady execution of processes from idea to final launch for re-activation programs/projects

Coordinate with internal business stakeholders to understand and build marketing strategy for the organization
