Responsibilities

Hardware preventive maintenance (fixes)

Insures all trouble tickets are detailed and completed accurately

Investigates and presents creative and cost effective solutions for networking to Retail stores, Corporate systems, and other global BCBG locations

Provides support for Corporate and store networking projects

Consult with Retail Operation users concerning networking designs, connectivity, and support issues

Assist in or resolve (escalated) technical incidents

Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships with other IT teams and business units

Stay informed of current technologies in order to support the business
