Job Description/Skills Required

4+ years of specialized experience in IT Recruitment - atleast one year of experience working in US/UK/Europe IT Recruitment, Tax & Visa Processing, Vendor Management & Stakeholder Management

A seasoned recruiter with excellent interviewing skills and must be quick in identifying relevant profiles from the list of applicants

Excellent proficiency in using Job boards (that are applicable for Europe Recruitment), Social Networking sites like LinkedIn, etc

Must have worked with and placed almost all Technology consultants such as Java, .Net, Android, iOS, React, Angular, Oracle, PL/SQL, Big Data, Sitecore, Quality Assurance, Business Analysts, Project Managers, etc.,

Should be smart to identify suitable candidates via other channels like employee referral, internal database, etc and should also have a good understanding about our business competitors

Design and implement effective recruiting strategies under pressure

Should be good in employer branding by being the face of the company

Should take care of end to end recruitment and must give attention to details while verifying the selected candidates employment documents before onboarding

Maintaining trackers with the candidate database to present it to the Hiring Managers and the Account Managers on regular basis
