Job Overview

We are seeking a Loan Executive to join our team at MyMoneyMantra. As a Loan Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right loan products and providing them with financial guidance. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields

1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry

Knowledge of various loan products and their features

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Attention to detail and accuracy

Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance procedures

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist customers in understanding their financial goals and requirements

Provide guidance and advice on suitable loan products based on customer needs

Collect and verify customer information and documents for loan applications

Evaluate creditworthiness and determine the loan eligibility of customers

Coordinate with financial institutions to process loan applications efficiently

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Stay updated with market trends and financial product offerings
