Description:

Utilize strong sourcing skills to identify and attract top-tier IT talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality and high-quantity candidate submissions to meet client requirements and deadlines.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills in liaising with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and maintain professional relationships.

Effectively handle client interactions, including managing expectations, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.

Manage both full-time and contract recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive recruitment environment.

Achieve client acquisition targets by onboarding a minimum of four new clients annually, demonstrating strong business development skills and industry knowledge.

Leverage previous working experience in multinational corporations or large companies to understand complex organizational structures, cultures, and recruitment needs effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven track record of at least 4 years in IT recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates.

Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant recruitment software.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and colleagues.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Experience in team management and client relationship management is highly desirable.
