DevOps Engineer

Hands on experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on scripting automation.

Hands on experience building and maintaining software platforms.

Experience in Linux/command line - Linux(RHEL), Ubuntu, Shell Scripting

Proficiency in Python and/or Java programming languages, with experience in developing scripts for automation.

Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Git, Github, TFS, Nexus Repo

Familiarity with configuration management tools.

Experience in developing APIs: HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, Java, microservices

Experience in working with relational database MS SQL, stored procedures etc.

Experience using ServiceNow, Jira.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum 3-5 years experience as Devops Engineer.

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Certification in DevOps tools and methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate).

Experience with microservices architecture and building scalable, distributed systems.

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Log4j, ELK.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines. Candidates should have these skills too
