The Director of Technical Solutions is responsible for delivery of all technical projects across the development, solution management, and QA teams.

This individual will manage employees coordinating with team leads on hiring, career growth and development of culture within as well as across groups.

The Director of Technical solutions will monitor workflow, project velocity and accuracy, resource allocations, and drive process improvements.

This will require collaboration with US Technical Service leads as well as other division heads ensuring seamless and consistent delivery across the Globe.

Essential Responsibilities

Coordinate hiring with team leads to identify, interview, and assist with onboarding.

Management and development of Teams and individuals career pathing fostering advancement in skills and growth opportunities.

The selected candidate will work with the Sr Management team to establish goals across Technical Solutions.

Collaborate with local and global leads to develop culture through events and team building.

Resource allocations across teams to ensure staff sizes and skills are aligned to existing and forecasted demand.

Monitor and report on teams work velocity and accuracy working towards corporate productivity targets.

Executes and analyzes processes and data to measure efficiency, accuracy, integrity, of teams operational performance.

Provide organizational and technical support to ensure critical customer support issues are handled effectively and with correct resources.

Accurately estimate project resource and manpower requirements for customers

Mentor staff as Zeta s products and platforms scale to support existing and new customers.

Work with product management and engineering to establish a clear and appropriate strategy for developing

features

Deliver strategy presentations to internal executives and external customers

Ensure proper software engineering practices are followed and adjust existing processes to improve customer

satisfaction.

Determine and implement industry best practices for reliability, availability, performance, and compliance.

Experience managing multiple people, departments, teams, and remote resources with varying technical skills and levels.

Demonstrated conflict resolution capabilities to manage through resource performance challenges.

Facilitation and team-building skills at all levels. Ability to influence, train, mentor and leverage the skills of others, including Directors and above, to achieve objectives.

Demonstrated adaptability and ability to manage change in a fast-paced work environment

Demonstrated process and efficiency management

Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in developing quality centric processes.

Bachelor s Degree in computer science, Management Information Systems or 5-years experience SDLC with emphasis on both RDBMS and Cloud disciplines.

RDBMS experience with databases such as Snowflake, MS SQL Server utilities such as SSDT, SSRS, and SSIS,

Oracle, My Sql, Vertica.

Familiar with AWS S3, Athena, EC2, EMR, RDS, as well as Apache Projects such as Airflow, and Kafka.
