To assist in value creation through participating and owning IR & M&A Functional activities
What the role entails (Key Responsibilities) :
Assist the Team with different activities for M&A, and Investor Relations Functions.
Enabling and owning tracks of ongoing M&A pursuits and transaction execution (due diligence, definitive documents, etc)
Preparing Deal Collaterals, board notes, pitch documents for Transaction specific or regular updates
Preparation of various Investor presentation, pitch decks, discussion FAQs, management speaking notes
Enabling Investor query responses, investor meet/visits and other investor/analyst engagements
Conducting Industry/Company specific research, global benchmark reports for internal/external stakeholders on specific opportunities/initiatives
Performing Comprehensive company evaluation including business, financials, valuation analysis with financial statements, key ratios, valuation using different models etc
Engaging with various functional teams as well as external advisors per the requirements of program
Drive continuous improvement in processes with best in class practices
What we are looking for in you (Skills, Knowledge, Special Attributes, Mobility):
Candidate with Investor Relations/M&A/corporate development/investment banking/consulting/transaction advisory background
Action oriented with Experience of driving high impact projects with highest degree of ownership
Strong understanding of financial statements. Sound financial modelling, Data Analysis skills with attention to accuracy and details
Clear communication (oral, writing and graphical) and collateral development skills
Strong Stakeholder collaboration and Program management skills
Willing to walk an extra mile and flexible to work extended hours to meet critical objectives in demanding timelines
Experience & Education:
CA / MBA-Finance from Top Tier schools with 1-5 yrs of experience in M&A/Investor Relations/Corporate Development/Corporate Strategy
