We are looking for an experienced analytics professional with 9+ years of experience, who can handle Commercial, Marketing & brand Analytics. As Commercial Analytics leader who will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and build solution to meet the customer needs.
Partner with delivery teams to track demand, manage hiring and right resources and staffing opportunities.
Your impact:
Minimum of 7-11 years of relevant experience in direct client facing role within Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology/ Consulting/ Professional Services Outsourcing company
Should demonstrate strong fundamentals on domain, project management, client influencing and relationship building skills.
Strong analytical, problem solving (qualitative and quantitative), interpersonal, and good presentation skills.
Prior experience working on Commercial Data data, Pricing analysis, distribution data, segmentation & targeting, driver analysis, indication split, brand performance, Omnichannel reporting, time series forecasting, supply chain analytics.
Strong understanding and hands on about the healthcare datasets.
Strong understanding of fundamental processes across pharmaceutical commercial business
Extensive understanding of major pharmaceutical market events such as US drug formulary, pricing, inventory challenges and market access implications
Seamlessly integrate analytics from national and subnational levels across key data sources like market sales, CRM, prescription, patient, call activity, accounts etc
Develop presentations with clear storylines and concise conclusions and recommendations aligned with the strategies and objectives of the organization.
Strong capability in juggling priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
