Urgently required Maintenance Supervisor at churchgate

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY MAINTAINANCE SUPERVISOR-

1. Take daily round of wards and all departments and note down if any complaints in the complaint book and take sign of the in charge and take corrective action.

2. If electrical maintenance is required call the electrician and get the work done.

3. If any plumbing, carpentry, work calls the plumber and carpenter.

4. daily cleaning of the water provision on each floor, observe the water tank valves

Functioning and regular cleaning service

Regular monthly water sampling and reporting.

5. Checking and maintenance of lifts per AMC and duties of the liftman

6. Checking and maintenance aqua guard as per AMC.

7. AC servicing and repair work to supervise.

8. UPS servicing once in 3 month

9. Checking and maintenance of the fire extinguisher

10. Check phone lines and do repairing, assign codes as and when required

11. Check TV and set top box.

12. Fridge servicing as required

13. Send the discarded material in scrap of all departments and ward.

14. Do pest control once 15 days of department and of hospital as per contract and SOS.

15. Checking the cleaning and floor up keeping in the hospital.

16. Keeps stock record regarding equipment

17. Daily checking of civil works and informs status to seniors.

Locations: Churchgate

Salary: 20k to 25k

Experience: 2 to 3 yr
