Job Role
Periodic extraction and publishing of MIS/Reports/Dashboard/Info graphs and Dumps
Ensure Data's are provided to the top management on time and make certain the accuracy of data
Periodically review of data provided and regular rationalization of Data post discussion with respective teams
Manage priorities of data and accuracy of data and analysis whether we are entitled to provide the data
Maintain Timely submission and circulation of Data to the stake holders of below mentioned data
Ensure data are provided for compliance and Audits and RCSA and related compliances
Sales Management - Has to provide to ensure data and eligible base provided to sales management unit to drive sales across the contact center.
Proper support to sales management team to increase sales by providing various analysis and dumps
Drive Service level indicator - NPS - net promoter score- timely submission of data to NPS team and reporting of effectiveness of the program
Coaching the team on usage of Data base, software and system requirement on timely basis or whenever technology change happens
Timely and accurate execution of adhoc requests
Ensure and comply to all control and compliance guidelines on data sharing
Understanding of Project management supported with analytics.
Job Description
Graduate
Minimum of 7+years of MIS Analytics experience.
Data Analytical Skill
Good Communication Skill
Should have ability to handle & manage a team
Good hand on Info graphics, MS Excel,VBA (Macro ) coding level, MS access .
Fox pro, SQL,Qlik and SAS knowledge additional is preferred.
Excel - Power Pivoting, VBA coding, Sparklines, Advance & Dynamic Charting, Statistics& Modeling, Scenario Analysis, Forecasting & Trending Analysis.
Expertise on Power Point, Prezi and other slide making platforms.
Comfortable with flexible shift and work timings.
