As a Sales Engineer specializing in Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting our niche product line within the HVAC community. This position offers a perfect blend of office-based responsibilities and occasional travel to meet clients nationwide or represent the company at industry trade shows.

Responsibilities:

Sales Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge to understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HVAC solutions across diverse sectors, including manufacturing, property management, healthcare, and government.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our customer base in various industries.

Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities within the HVAC, manufacturing, property management, healthcare, and government sectors.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and customized presentations to potential clients in different sectors, showcasing how our products address their unique challenges and requirements.

Phone Sales Experience: Leverage your phone sales experience to effectively engage with clients and prospects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.

Proven Inside Sales experience, with a preference for candidates who have a background in phone sales.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate the basic operation of mechanical equipment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
