Back Server/Busser - Arts District

Job Description

Salary: $12 + tips

We are Now Hiring a Back Server/Busser to join our team! The hourly pay is $11.25 per hour, plus cash tips ($50 - $100 per day!). We are a fast paced, high volume Brunch restaurant that has morning and afternoon shifts available (no night shifts, we close at 5 pm!).

Responsibilities

Welcoming guests, escorting them to their tables, and providing them with menus.

Serving waters and introducing the Server once they are seated.

Making rollups with silverware and napkins

Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.

Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.

Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.

Delivering food to tables

Responding to patrons' requests and informing management of any complaints.

Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.

Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.

Qualifications

Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Able to multitask efficiently

Able to handle high volumes

Strong organizational skills
