LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST (PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME )

Job Description

Access Counseling and Coaching is currently seeking licensed passionate, self-motivated Mental Health Therapists committed to providing the highest quality, client-centered counseling services in a supportive, professional team environment.

We take the burden of billing, credentialing, new client marketing and scheduling away so that you can focus on the needs of your clients. We even have our therapy dog, Legend (available for face-to-face sessions based upon client request).

REQUIREMENTS

Must be fully licensed in the state of Georgia as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PSYD

Proven track record and experience providing in-peron and tele-mental health psychotherapy to adults, children and/or adolescents (2 years preferred but not required)

Strong ability to support and empower clients with diverse needs

Commitment to providing the highest quality mental health counseling to adults, adolescents, and/or children in an office and virtual setting

Able to continually assess clients to make professional, clinical recommendations for interventions and treatment plans based on the individual needs of each client

Organized with strong time management, able to complete progress notes within 24-48 hours of session

Demonstrated ability to determine individualized needs of clients and support their growth through proven mental health strategies

Attend, participate, and contribute to team meetings and staff support sessions

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

With clinician and client safety as our number one priority, clinicians currently have the option of virtual or face-to-face sessions based on individual preferences and circumstances.

Designated face-to-face days for each in-person clinician (optional)

Routine sanitation procedures to ensure client, clinician, and community safety
