Job Description

A Project Manager for Friedrich Watkins of Tampa, LLC would be an outgoing, entrepreneurial, construction professional who is looking for hands-on experience in all aspects of a mid-size commercial construction business. Day-to-day you will work directly with the President, Vice President and Superintendents performing and assisting with all duties of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven individual to have complete responsibility for their own projects from concept to closeout.

The company’s President, Tim Ruff has been in the Tampa commercial construction market since 1985.

The company’s Vice President, Mike Bucalo has been in the commercial construction market since 2007.

Both of the company officers have relationships with many key architects, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers in the Tampa Bay market that have led to success.
