Job Description
Real Estate Management and Development firm seeks an energetic, dynamic team player to contribute to the success of this residential development.
Candidates should possess:
Great Customer Service instincts and abilities
Excellent communication skills
Prior experience in a leasing (preferred) or sales role
Prior experience or knowledge of Section 8 housing preferred
Ability to maintain a friendly and helpful disposition, composure and focus in an extremely busy office
Willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
All aspects of the leasing process, including:
Updating listings and advertisements
Following up on leads and creating new ones
Showing space and pursuing new leases
Reviewing applications
Executing lease paperwork, including new leases and renewals
Conducting and processing Section 8 recertifications
Assisting the Property Manager in day-to-day management, including:
Collecting rent
Communicating with tenants regarding a variety of requests
Interacting with other staff and vendors
