General Laborers real estate flipping team

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and reliable General Laborers to join our real estate flipping team. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks related to property renovation, maintenance, and overall project support. Your hard work and attention to detail will contribute directly to the success of our real estate flipping endeavors.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of renovation sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

• Perform a variety of manual tasks, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials, tools, and equipment.

• Help with demolition and removal of old materials, structures, and fixtures as needed.

• Support skilled tradespeople (such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers) by providing necessary tools, materials, and assistance.

• Perform basic carpentry, painting, and other construction-related tasks under supervision.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools as directed.

• Assist in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project progression.

• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisors or project managers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in general labor or construction-related work is preferred but not required.

• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, stand, and perform repetitive tasks as necessary.

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.

• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment is a plus.

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of work.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision.

• Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Working Conditions:

• This position involves physical labor and exposure to various weather conditions.

• Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, depending on the project.

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn as required.

• Flexible work hours may be necessary, including weekends and evenings, based on project demands.

Expectations- General Laborer :

• GL will be working in L.A and OC counties- Will be traveling to the worksite and Utilizing Company Truck to gather supplies, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. when you have arrived at the Worksite )

• GL will be assigned a Flip house and will report to work daily until the job is completed. -Could be in OC or L.A counties.

• Candidates Must have a Valid CDL

• Full background will be conducted/ Criminal. D/L /Drug screen

• This role is full time.

• Hourly Pay - $ 25- $30.00 / w/ Full benefits after 60 days of employment

• M-F – 8 -5 – w/ 30 minutes lunch / OT as needed.

• Interviewing Process – 2 Interviews with the team onsite

• Will be working with Construction Foreman Lead on the Flip Projects
