We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented and forward-thinking individual to join our team as an Account Manager.

In your role, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including day-to-day account manager responsibilities and provide comprehensive support to our group clients and their employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining respectful relationships with clients and associates

Responding to questions from our clients and their employees related to their benefit plans, including high level coverage questions. We are looking for a “people person” who is passionate about working with clients

Researching and resolving client claims and billing issues within a timely manner, escalating as needed

Processing enrollment changes, terminations, applications and verifying employee enrollment status as needed

Communicating with our carrier partners and vendors to ensure we are meeting our client’s expectations

Gathering high level client data such as census information

Assisting with company projects designed to improve efficiency and quality

Reconciling of invoices between carrier vendors and employee enrollments to ensure accuracy

Creating and maintaining online benefit portal for our group clients and their employees’ enrollment selections

Managing and servicing over 500 corporate clients

Lead face of the company as being first point of contact for clients and assuring their employees are top priority

Education and/or Experience

Having a high-level understanding of health insurance and employee benefits, including the Affordable Care Act

The ability to analyze multiple group accounts and work with multiple clients simultaneously

Having a strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel

Having strong problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented and extremely organized

The ability to work independently as well as work with a team

3+ years of industry experience preferred

Bachelor’s Degree is required

Must live by the ABC’s of BPG
