Payroll Specialist (w/ ADP) (w/ Paycom)

Up to $75,000 to start plus full benefits

As Payroll Specialist, you will:

Receive complete training

Review timekeeping information for accuracy and completeness

Collect, prepare and review payroll information prior to entry

Process multi-state payroll runs

Administer adjustments and updates to payroll information

Uphold quality, compliance and confidentiality standards

Maintain manual and electronic payroll files

Assist with benefits administration processes

Serve as a resource for employees on matters related to payroll and benefits

Make updates to spreadsheets

Run routine and special reports

Conduct routine and special analysis

Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

At least 2 years of Payroll Processing experience

Experience processing multi-state payroll

Experience processing payroll for employees in California

Experience processing payroll for an organization of approximately 300 people

ADP experience

With:

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Accurate Data Entry skills

A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

+++ Paycom Software experience

+++ CPP Designation (Certified Payroll Professional)

+++ Benefits Administration experience

+++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
