Heavy Equipment Technician, Shop or Field

We are hiring multiple Heavy Equipment Technicians to join our team in Farley Iowa location. If you have experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy equipment.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as fluid changes, filter replacements, and lubrication.

- Conduct equipment inspections and recommend preventive measures.

- Repair and replace faulty parts and components.

- Utilize specialized tools for troubleshooting and repairs.

- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a secure work environment.

- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

- Collaborate with the team to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician or similar role. (Minimum 1 year of like equipment)

- Knowledge of heavy equipment systems, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
