Roles and Responsibilities

· Identify and approach potential clients within designated regions.

· Manage the entire sales process, including submitting offers, technical discussions, negotiation, order

finalization, execution, and payment collection.

· Prepare reports and maintain comprehensive customer records.

· Solicit reviews and appreciation letters from clients.

· Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet client and company requirements.

· Offer pre-sales technical assistance and product education.

· Provide after-sales technical support.

· Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate product suitability to clients.

· Conduct product training sessions.

· Gather market intelligence on competition, infrastructure, and technical costs.

· Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to optimize customer satisfaction.

· Ensure sales targets are met consistently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· 1-5 years of previous experience in industrial equipment sales.

· Strong industry knowledge.

· Excellent customer-facing skills.

· Effective written and verbal communication.

· Self-motivated and creative problem-solving abilities.

· Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical.
