Pre-Sales Consulting Manager

Job Purpose:

Global Pre-Sales Consulting Manager will be aligned to our Global QA Practice . You will be expected to independently drive Pre-Sales activities, including pipeline management and maintaining relationship with Sales Executives and Prospective Customers. This role expect you be an IT solutioning Expert with the ability to own QA Automation Strategies, Contribute to SOW and Crafting Solutions to Technical Part of RFP/RFI. . You will work in an overlay capacity with Account Developers and Account Managers in existing clients, but also have the responsibility in owning new initiatives.

Technical Skills:

Strong Understanding of SOW/RFP/RFI Technical Solutioning Process

Proficient in SDLC, STLC, Agile, Architecture & Desing Patterns

Strong IT Solutioning Presentation Skills with Fortune 500 customers

Responsibilities:

Able to partner with US Sales Team to understand customer needs and recommend solutions that add value to customer business.

Manage and execute the entire end-to-end Pre-Sales process, working closely with the Perficient delivery team (initial lead inquiry, qualification of opportunities, requirements gathering, project scope definition, effort estimation, proposal development, SOW creation, contract negotiation and closing).

In Crafting winning QA Technical Solution, Developing SOW & Crafting Responses to Technical Solutioning part of RFP/RFI

in meticulously analyzing customer Testing Eco System and build a custom roadmap for driving efficiency and quality

Implementing end-to-end automation strategies with focus on Test Automation, completing maturity assessments, ROI Analysis, creating Test Automation roadmaps, providing tool recommendation and implementation guidance.

Strong Understanding of SDLC, STCL, Architecture Patterns, Design Patterns and with strong Object Oriented Programming/Scripting Skills (Java or C++ or C#)

Excellent IT Solutioning mindset along with good technical knowledge in the testing and automation space with the ability to keep up with latest trends in this field and provide modern forward compatible solutions to clients

Capability to advise/provide thought leadership to clients on Test automation for web, mobile, API, microservices, data management projects

Scopes the QA Technical Solution Required to address customer needs and recommend the solution that optimizes value

Best-Fit QA Engineering Solutions for each customers unique needs, considering Reliability, Modifiability, Scalability and Future Proofing

Design QA Automation tools like Selenium, Appium. Cypress, Cucumber, TOSCA, Soap UI Pro, Post Man, JUnit, NUnit, JMeter etc.

Perficient in International Workshop & Sales Event in Conducting QA Technical Solutioning /Demo Presentation with Global Fortune 500 companies and facilitate presentations to business stakeholders for product demos.

Need basis you should have ability to be available till 1:00 PM EST to support sales activities

Qualifications include:

· Minimum 12+ years of IT Consulting Experience

· MBA or Engineering from Top University

· Expert implementing end-to-end automation strategies with focus on Test Automation, completing maturity assessments, ROI Analysis, creating Test Automation roadmaps, providing tool recommendation and implementation guidance.

· Strong Presentation Preparation & Communication Skills

· Should have started career as an IT Consultant / Developer / Automation Test Engineer
