1. Key Account Development & Management

2. Achieving the annual DS

3. Network Expansion: Setting up appropriate and sufficient channel

4. Meeting & coverage of influencers, Consultants & decision makers

5. Market Intelligence: Monitoring Competitor's activities

6. Working Capital Management

7. Statutory Compliances and Reporting

Job Description:

1. Identify and develop key accounts like Oil Gas Power, Defense, Infra, Police, Govt, BFSI in the Territory.

2. Sell product mix of Entrance Automation, Scanning & Screening in equal mix to have balance in BU bottom line.

3. Successful implementation of the schemes announced by HO

4. Identify opportunities and drive specifications proactively.

5. Converting leads into opportunities in coordination with National Key Account managers.

6. Organizing customer meets / Tech Seminars for customers

7. Appointment of SIs and WDS to manage accounts and territory.

8. Organize Knowledge Sharing & product training programs for channel

9. Understanding and executing Customer order cycle i.e order booking, stock allotting, payment collection.

10. Timely collection of all Forms, EMDs and BGs

11. Practicing all policies, Guidelines & Procedures of Corporate, Divisional, Audit & ISO Policies

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION

Essential:

Diploma / B.E. - Mechanical/ Electronics

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential:

Min 2 years exp (for BE) / Min 3 years (for Diploma) in Sales

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Essential:

1. Customer Orientation; 2. Self-Initiative; 3. Relationship Management; 4. Team Building 5. Negotiation; 6. Conflict Management.
