Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to develop new offerings within Sourcing & Procurement area.

Responsible to execute projects ranging Spend Analytics, identifications of process gaps, process maturity assessment, Rfx evaluation criteria, Summarize bid responses, contract creation and execution.

Lead workshops with client teams and demonstrate knowledge, capabilities and credentials in Sourcing & Procurement, Spend Analytics, content management, Tactical Procurement, Transactional Procurement

Connect and influence Commercial teams at large Global organizations around emerging innovative solutions

Contribute to building deep, differentiated capabilities across the end-to-end value chain in Sourcing & Procurement – developing insights, standard methodologies, technology solutions, integrated analytics offerings etc.

Lead brainstorming discussions with Sales / Client Partners and Operating Leaders and identify proactive opportunities

Ensure high customer satisfaction and reference ability to mine the accounts

Build sustainable partner eco system for differentiating offerings

Desired Experience

- 12-15 Years’ experience in Sourcing & Procurement for diversified industries such as Retail / CPG / Manufacturing/ Hi-Tech / Life Science etc.

Conceptual on Strategic sourcing, Spend Analytics, operational procurement Process, Supplier selection and negotiation, Contract management and Experience in Indirect categories such as:

Facility Management

Marketing

Office Supplies

Professional Services

HR Services

- Hands on experience on Procurement Tools

- Experience in delivering high quality large-scale projects across multiple industries, and regarded as an advisor to mid & senior management on driving business value from technology-based solutions

- Working knowledge of any of the ERP & Procurement tools like SAP, ORACLE, Ariba, Coupa, iValua etc

- Consultative selling skills

- Strong executive presence and client-facing stakeholder management skills

- Must be willing to travel as needed
