Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Accord Tranaformer & Switchgear PVT. LTD. (Unit of ABL Electricals-Project) located in Gurugram, Noida, Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Jodhpur, Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop marketing campaigns, and analyze market trends.

Industry Preference: Transformer, Switchgear, CSS, Electric panel, Projects

Qualifications

Experience in sales and marketing roles

Lead generation & client development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies

Knowledge of market research and analysis

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
