Job Purpose
Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team based in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Infrastructure, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy Transition
pitch books, Information memorandum (IMs), industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents related to various industries.
financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”
client independently on calls and e-mails
responsibilities include:
the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products
high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deck
Demonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment
Key Competencies
MBA/ CFA/ CA
2-6 years of experience in the Investment banking / Private Equity role
Experience of working Investment banking projects, including:
Pitch book / IM support and company profiles
Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries
Detailed financial analysis
Bespoke qualitative research
Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps
Benchmarking, Ratio analysis
Knowledge on Infrastructure sector / infrastructure projects in an investment banking division of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, or advisory firm
of working on financial models for Infrastructure projects would be an added advantage
analytical and statistical skills to assess and understand project investment structures, government regulations/ policies and industry, to prepare models and related assumptions
candidate should be self-starter and should be able to work independently
written and spoken communication skills
MS Office skills – MS Excel should excellent along with proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
