Job Requirements

Exp-At least 10-14 Years’ experience in sales Department from OEM (high speed)/ Capital good (Rotary equipment’s)/Gear industry/ Compressor manufacturing industries / Rotating equipment/ similar industries.

Qualification – B.E. Mechanical

Job location- Mysuru

Mandatory Requirement

Looking someone with experience in to OEM (high speed), Capital goods (Rotary Equipment’s)

Someone from Gear industry, Gear equipment’s or Compressor or Rotating Equipment manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Purpose of the role: .

Drive the marketing strategy to ensure that to explore various industries like petrochemicals, refineries, oil and gas, sugar, cement and metal industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and enquiries from existing and new clientele.

Preparation of tailor-made proposals capturing technical and commercial details aligned to customer’s expectation.

Negotiate and conclude contract in adherence to company’s sales policy.

Budgeting and Management reports.

Preparation of tailor-made marketing presentation to meet the specific needs of customer.

Development and execution of marketing plans in consultation with Manager-Marketing.

Be the customer champion in marketing team and provide perceptive customer insight to power strategic development using the customer data and competitor research.

Short term and long-term business forecast and revenue.

Preparation of tour reports / Monthly reports.

Development and execution of marketing plans in consultation with Manager-Marketing.

No of enquiry generations

Previous experience of handling end-customers for Engineered-To-Order goods (preferably rotary equipment’s )
