Assistant Purchasing Manager

- Good understanding of products required in solar power plant

- Floating of inquiries to suppliers, sourcing of suppliers & negotiating terms (payment & delivery)

- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations

- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that purchased items meet required standards.

- Handle and resolve any issues related to the quality of received goods

- Arranging & co ordinating of transport for dispatch of goods

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.

- Prepare and maintain reports related to procurement activities

- Implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality or service
