The incumbent should be willing to do all tasks of this job himself or herself.

Good communication is very important – as working remotely in India and the team members & customers are based in Europe, USA, Latam, India & MEA [customers for pricing = the sales team].

Flexibility in working hours. As there is a time difference and ad hoc tasks cannot always wait. Better to start late in the morning and work longer in the evening to have as much as possible overlap between the working hours.

Able to be firm when needed as sales people have another interest then pricing.

MIS generation as Business Analyst.

Competition data tracking & MIS generation.

Profitability tracking & Alarm on low performances / reductions & ask for reasons.

RFQ Tracking with end to end mapping – Final outcome of RFQ.

Travel to Europe & other markets as per need

Experience with working in a fast-paced organization – where a flexible attitude is required as a working day can be completely different than planned, but you also need to keep an eye on your priorities.
