Nuevo, a leading commercial cleaning company in Kottayam with over 30 years of experience, especially in hospital cleaning, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B growth strategy to acquire new clients in various commercial sectors, which may involve occasional travel within Kerala.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their cleaning needs.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and present Nuevo's cleaning solutions effectively.

Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client satisfaction.

Prepare proposals and presentations that showcase Nuevo's expertise and value proposition.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

MBA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the cleaning or related industry.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proactive approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
