The Parliamentary and Administrative Research Institute (PARI) is a research organization established in 2017, located in New Delhi. PARI conducts research on parliamentary and administrative issues in India and provides capacity building courses on various topics, including Parliamentary Procedure, Public Policy Management, Public Health Policy Administration, Anti-Corruption, and Vigilance Management. PARI's courses are designed for officers of Ministries/Departments, Autonomous bodies, and PSUs under the central government, and have been highly appreciated by beneficiaries.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer at PARI Training Institute in New Delhi. The Junior Graphic Designer will create brochures, books, newsletters, graphics, branding materials, and typography. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to graphic design, design desk management and supporting visual communication needs.

Qualifications

Graphics and Graphic Design skills

Newsletter and Book designing skills

Typography skills

Proficiency in design software (InDesign) and tools

Strong understanding of visual design principles

Creativity and ability to think visually

Attention to detail in content (eye for widow lines etc.)

Time management and scheduling skills

Excellent communication and collaboration/ team work skills

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred
