US IT Recruiter- Night Shifts

Title : Technical Recruiter/Sr. Technical Recruiter

Location: Delhi

Work Schedule: Onsite

Shift Timings : PST

Experience- 1-5 Years of US staffing

Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in any field having relevant experience in US Staffing domain.

Preferred: Degree in Engineering/IT/Biotech/Pharmacy/any specialized discipline is a big plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

Working on direct IT/Non-IT client requirements on a day-to-day basis.

Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. (US Time zone)

Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.

We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long-term opportunity.

Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.

Required Skills:

Good understanding of IT/ Non-IT and US staffing industry.

Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail-oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment.

Should have strong personal and professional ethics.

Should be having hands-on experience on working with direct clients.
