Renmark based Ruston Engineers has over the last 45+ years established itself as a major manufacturing, maintenance service and water infrastructure design, build, install and commission organisation here in South Australia, along with other projects interstate,

As a result were are seeking to expand our workforce by offering a career position for a qualified and experienced Machinist. The position we are offering is a 38 hour, 5 day a week, with the opportunity for overtime and starting late April/ early May 2024.

Key Tasks

Duties will include, but not limited to, the following areas,

· Machining and milling

· Read and interpret drawings

· Component assembly

· Manage time efficiently

· Be able to problem solve, work unsupervised or as part of a team as required

· Flexible enough to be swapped from one job to another at short notice and as the customer may require it.

Essential Qualifications/abilities

In addition to your Trade qualification and work history you will require

· Valid Driver’s licence

· Forklift Licence

· White Card

· Be punctual, reliable, physically fit

· Have a high regard for Safety for self, others around you and client’s personnel when working off-site.

· Pass mandatory Drug and Alcohol testing

In addition we would highly regard a High Risk and/or Working at Heights certification and First Aid.
